Everything was as described—it’s a typical business hotel with a convenient location, clean rooms, and decent breakfast options. My arrival was delayed by two days due to weather conditions, but changing the check-in dates without any additional costs was not a problem. I had very good contact with the property.

Breakfast was ok except for the runny scrambled eggs, and the location was also good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were given extra pillows when we asked. Ok for a place to sleep, but not to hang out in the room.

Comfort Hotel Kokura is a great business hotel. Although the room was a little bit small, it has everything needed. Bed was comfortable. We have a goodnight sleep. Nonetheless, breakfast was full of options and very delicious.

Great location, seven eleven in front of the place. Free umbrellas to borrow, lockers to put the suitcases before and after check-in/out.

The hotel is just across the street from the train station, but the room is quiet. It's very comfortable, and you may spend a long time sitting in front of the window watching bullet trains (shinkansen) approaching the station.

Loved the proximity to kokuya train station. The breakfast was okay. Would be good if the mixed it up abit so that guests on a long term stay don:t get bored with the same menu everydad.

Love the location, close to train station, shopping streets, mall & attractions. Also love the lobby cafe concept. Rooms are comfortable tho a bit small as most hotel in Japan but no problem since we didn’t stay much in the room

Spacious rooms, very good location really close to the train station. There is a smoking area behind the hotel. Extremely clean, great service and the breakfast was good, too.

Free breakfast with wide spread was unexpected but the eggs scrambled could be better. Hotel also provides free flow of ice drinks like lemon or peach & coffee!
