Everything was as described—it’s a typical business hotel with a convenient location, clean rooms, and decent breakfast options. My arrival was delayed by two days due to weather conditions, but changing the check-in dates without any additional costs was not a problem. I had very good contact with the property.

Great location, seven eleven in front of the place. Free umbrellas to borrow, lockers to put the suitcases before and after check-in/out.

Comfort Hotel Kokura is a great business hotel. Although the room was a little bit small, it has everything needed. Bed was comfortable. We have a goodnight sleep. Nonetheless, breakfast was full of options and very delicious.

Loved the proximity to kokuya train station. The breakfast was okay. Would be good if the mixed it up abit so that guests on a long term stay don:t get bored with the same menu everydad.

Love the location, close to train station, shopping streets, mall & attractions. Also love the lobby cafe concept. Rooms are comfortable tho a bit small as most hotel in Japan but no problem since we didn’t stay much in the room

Very central and quiet location; very good breakfast with mix of Japanese and western offerings plus variety of coffee/tea; very helpful staffs

No frills hotel in Central location next to train station. Breakfast adequate. Beds comfortable. Room clean.value for money.

An excellent location and very good value for money. A comfortable room with good facilities. A good breakfast and I liked the library cafe.

Nice staff, good value, and great location next to the station, from where it is easy to see. Great value for two nights with breakfast included.
